The undersigned declares that he/she has read the information note provided by Deisa Ebano S.p.a., the data controller, pursuant to art. 13 of D.Lgs. n. 196/03, along with the indications relating to the rights of the interested party referred to in art. 7 of the same decree. In particular, as regards the marketing purposes by sending, also by e-mail and telefax, of promotional and advertising material, commercial information and offers regarding our company's services, to the processing and disclosure of the personal data provided to the data controller within the limits and with the procedures specified in the information note provided. In the case of the remaining purposes, it is not necessary to obtain authorization as they are among those referred to in art. 24 and art. 130, par. 4, of D.Lgs. n. 196/03.
